CANCELLATION POLICY
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment time or you may be charged a cancellation fee. Late cancellation/no-show fees are 100% of the service booked, and are due at the time of cancellation. This fee is necessary to compensate for the time reserved for you. Failure to make payment will result in cancellation of any future appointments booked. No shows will lose the ability to pre-book appointments at the front desk and are subject to be blocked as a returning client. Deposits: Deposits become refundable if you cancel at least 24 hours of your appointment time. Deposits are applied to the total balance of your service. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Our goal is to provide the best possible service to all our clients, and this policy helps us do that.
